Cancellation & Refund Policy
Scope of Services
Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides a range of IT services, including, but not limited to, software development, technology consulting, systems integration, and product sales.
1. Payment Terms
Clients are required to comply with the payment terms stated in the invoice or service agreement. All payments must be made by the due date agreed upon. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
2. Delivery of Services
Qubrise is committed to delivering all services within the timelines mutually agreed upon with the client. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed promptly along with revised delivery schedules.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in writing, all intellectual property rights—including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and proprietary methods—developed or delivered by Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. shall remain the sole property of the Company.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of services.
5. Quality Assurance
Qubrise is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service quality. Clients are encouraged to share constructive feedback to resolve any concerns promptly and effectively.
6. Refund Policy
Once a service process has commenced or been executed, Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. does not offer refunds. Clients are advised to fully assess and clarify service deliverables before engagement and payment.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice in the event of a material breach of the agreed terms. Any outstanding dues or deliverables will be addressed at the time of termination.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
9. Amendments
Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or through an official communication channel.
