For all digital services offered by Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to software development, consulting, and system integration, no physical shipping is applicable. Service delivery will be conducted electronically. Upon completion, clients will receive deliverables via:

  •  Secure access to hosted platforms
  • Downloadable links
  • Email attachments
  • Client portals (where applicable) All digital service deliveries will be confirmed with the client in writing.

2. Product Sales (Physical Goods)

In cases where Qubrise supplies physical products or hardware (OEM-sourced), the following shipping and delivery terms apply:

  • International Orders: As per standard OEM practice

b. Shipping Charges

c. Delivery Method

d. Tracking Information

Clients will be provided with tracking details as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

e. Address Verification

Clients must ensure accurate shipping address information at the time of purchase. Qubrise Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address submissions.

3. Delivery Delays

While Qubrise strives to ensure prompt and timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Natural calamities
  • Transport strikes
  • Political unrest
  • Other force majeure events

Clients will be informed of such delays as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are advised to inspect all physical products immediately upon receipt. Any damage, defect, or mismatch must be reported to Qubrise within 5 days of delivery for resolution or replacement, as applicable.
